OSU Yoga was only founded in September of 2008. It was pioneered by Danny Snider, a freshman at the time, who was an enthusiast for yoga and loved all the places it could take you.

As Danny simply puts it, he shows you the truth that lies beneath yoga. Yoga teaches you effective breathing techniques, while enhancing strength, flexibility, posture, and balance.
